My girlfriend is one. It works for all of them. The wife likes her lifestyle and doesn't want to give it up. His wife doesn't give him what he's looking for and he has to travel often for work. My girlfriend is in her late 40s, has no interest in getting married or living with someone and travels 75% of the time. It's the perfect relationship. They meet up when they travel and he occasionally stays with her at her place. The wife enjoys her life with the kids while 'daddy travels on business.'

I have to comment on this.
First of all, I voted yes, BUT it would NOT be because I wanted to be taken care of, or given $$ or gifts. It would ONLY be if I was older and NOT in a committed relationship and as said in the previous post, didn't want the BS of a relationship.
I know this doesn't make it right, but I'm honest.
