Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, a source told People Magazine.

Simpson, 23, became engaged to Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, 28, in early April. He initially dismissed pregnancy rumors as a 'witch hunt.'

According to the source, Simpson also plans to have her wedding in May at a friend's house in a San Diego suburb.

I'd say she's probably pregnant if they got engaged this month and are getting married next month!! Sounds like a SHOTGUN wedding to me!

Oh yeah - and the ring is gorgeous!

2 wonderful things are happening in her life..a baby and a marriage..in my book..shes doing pretty alright for herself

I love the ring...and with all the negative things that were flying around her since she started with her music career...this is something reall good that is happening to her!! I hate the media...the spin everything to make it a 'negative'
