Asking all Newlyweds and soon to be Brides...

Where was you bridal shower Hosted!
My mom and sis were talking with me the other day about the whole shower thing, and Guest list etc,etc..., and both are clueless on where to have it. Any suggestions or great experiences ??????

My Mom had mine at Villa Monico in West Islip 631-661-5599 . Its Great italian food. Been to a few other showers there and they were all nice. http://www.villa-monaco.com/

Mine was at the George Washington Manor in Roslyn. I loved it there, great food and service and they have a few different rooms to choose from.

We had mine at Runyon's in Seaford. It was brunch, the food was delicious, and we had it in a beautiful glass room.

Mine was at the melting pot in Farmingdale. Really fun for everyone, fairly reasonable as well.

Even though my shower is still a long time from now, my mother has told me she plans on having it at Piccolo Bussolo in Woodbury. The food is really good there and it helps that the owner is a family friend!

my sister's was at Jonathan's in Garden City Park, it was very nice. I've also been to parties at Piccola Bussola in Mineola , Domenicos in Levittown and HR Singletons in Bethpage which are all nice

I've been to two showers at Venezia in Smithtown... very nice and very reasonable prices from what I hear.

I have a long way to go till my shower but we had my cousins wifes shower in Sept at Sonoma Grill in Holbrook and the food was great.

Mine was at Tang's in Lindenhurst -- Chinese served Family Style.

It was fun and different.

I have been to showers or hosted showers at the following places:

Blue Moon RVC
Nassau Bar Association in Mineola
Old Street Pub Smithtown
Macarthur Park - RVC

I would also recommend The Riverview in Oakdale -- it is where we did the RD and it was great.
