I don't know if this is cute enough... I'm not the most creative person

I gave my girls flowers when I asked them and fed them dinner.

I have seen those cards that say 'Will you Be My Bridesmaid?' on a website, I thought that was kinda cute. It has a pic of a dress on the front, they were kinda expensive but you could make them too if you were creative.

It is similar to this but asks the question. I am going to make this myself to thank my BM's and I am going to use the hems/swatches of their gowns.

I asked one of my bridesmaids by getting her the cookies by design bouquet with the 2 cookies. One was a bee and one was a flower and they wrote Bee my bridesmaid?
It came out so cute and she loved it! It was only like $20 b/c i picked it up and gave it to her in person.

I had my bridal party over my house for a BBQ. They thought it was just one of my normal BBQ's and then My FI and I made a toast to our friends and asked them to be in our BP. Some cried, some drank some more, some screamed. It was VERY special.

I gave each a card telling them why I wanted them to be a part of my special day. They all really loved it.

I did a few different things. There is this book on Amazon.com called bridesmaids and its filled with black and white pictures of the bride and her bridesmaids with one sentence per page ('She always comes through in a pinch' w/ picture of bm buttoning dress, 'She'll wear dye to match shoes' w/ picture of girls putting on shoes. . . the last page says 'shes absolutely fabulous') I loved it! Some other things I did - photo album filled w/ pics of me and bm, picture frame that said 'I'm so glad we have a sisterness about us' for fh's sister. . .

I went to Michael's Craft store and made a will you be my bridesmaid card. They actually sell those dresses on the hanger like the one pictured above with a sticky on back. You just peel it off and stick it on the front of a blank card. i think it was $3. The only thing is -- it was a really ugly dress (bronze and purple!) so I put the dress on the front and wrote 'will you be my bridesmaid ....' and on the inside I wrote - 'if I promise not to make you wear a dress as ugly as this one ?!?!'
They got such a kick out of it!!
