I think I read this post somewhere before- but I cant find it. I know i have plenty of time to do this, but I need some ideas on how to ask my friends to be in my bridal party. I dont want ot just come out and say it- although FH things I dont need to be creative with this.
I was thinking of sending them all these cookies with a poem on them about friendship and a card that said will you be my BM but I was not sure if that was a good idea.
Any help would be great.

I love the cookie idea! I don't know if I'm going to do anything creative when I ask my BMs, but another idea is getting them one of those bridesmaid books they sell that gives tips on being a bridesmaid. You can wrap them up and then give it to them and once they open up the gift and see the book you can ask them to be a bridesmaid. Just an idea.

I went to AC Moore and bought these cute cards a pack of like 8 for $4.95. I found a cute poem and wrote that in each. My BM LOVED IT one actually is going to keep the card.

Go to greetingcarduniverse.com... they have really cite cards that ask 'will you be my bridesmaid?' Unfortunately I had already asked all my girls by the time I had discovered this... I might ask another but wouldnt do the card thing just for oneee?! If you are having an engagement party you can ask them at the party.. or in the thank yous write a special note asking them.
