asking your bridesmaids

I want to do something cute to officially ask my bridesmaids..can u post pics or ideas of what you did? Thanks!

I didn't really make anything but some of the girls on here made scrapbooks and they were really cute.

thats soo cute! how did u make the cookies? Did u find some kind of cookie cutter in that shape?

I actually did not make them yet, I just ordered the cookie cutters and will make an attempt soon, but there is a store in Brooklyn that makes them. FM me if you want info.

I bought cards on Ebay saying will you be my bridesmaid? Since most of my bridal party lives far away that was the best way I could ask since it wouldn't be in person. I wrote the bridesmaid poem that I found on here and then a personal note to each one I had to have them in my party. My girls loved them. They all said yes too!

I just asked them over the phone, since they're all in NY or MD. Now I feel like a tool that I didn't do something cute.

I plan on officially asking them in the ways of a custom poem I will write.. I have known my Moh and BM for so long I want to do more but I think the poem will be nice.

FH & I are going to 'officially' ask our BP & readers in July. We're having a bbq @ his parents house & inviting the BP & their significante others & the readers & their significante others.

I ordered cards for the girls & I'm making tanks (w/ their role on it)

For the Guys, I think we're just gonna order cards & Flask w/ their inital on it or maybe make golf shirts? I'm not sure yet. FH & his crew are going golfing in Myrtle Beach for his BP.

We think a bbq is an informal way where everyone can have a chance to mingle & get to know each other better.

I did a jewelry box with their name on it and inside when the opened it a piece of parchment with will you be my bridesmaid on in it.

Fg & rb got a package with a mini basket and pillow, candy, a book about fg and rb and a personalized card each.

my bestman I got a frame of a pic of us.

fh got nothing for his bm, gm just asked them over a beer.
