Not a seafood restaurant but EXCELLENT Italian and if you do order the fish, they de-bone it at the table.

Demetrios on Broadway and like 33rd ish - good Greek seafood. There is a big Greek place on 31st Ave and maybe 35 or 36th - that is good too and I can't think of the name - it is really good to take your family. We took DH's family there who never ate Greek and they really enjoyed it. It has everything. Fish, steaks, greek dishes.
I hear Elias is great for seafood too. And I have also heard great things about the Italian place (amici) mentioned.
I wouldn't recommend Uncle Georgie's. It is like the neighborhood place you have to try but tell you the truth it is kind of grubby and just ok.

Ponticello's on Bway & 47th is delicious. It's Italian but has seafood on the menu.

I live in Astoria - the BEST restaurant that is always crowded, but with EXCELLENT service and food (and reasonably priced) is Trattoria L'INcontro on 31st Street and Ditmars. You need a reservation. They have 100 specials in addition to the menu, a huge wine list, and everything is awesome. It is consistently listed in Zagats as one of the best Italian in all 5 boroughs! My FI and I are addicted to the place. Many of the entrees and specials are seafood, too.

You will not be disappointed! The owners or chef (I don't really know) are friends of someone who works with my father (phew!!) so they are usually extra nice to us. But the food is phenomenal!!!
Osso Bucco TO DIE FOR!!! And the sauteed spinach is very yummy too!!!
I wish I still lived in Queens!!!

I live in Astoria too- Trattoria L'Encontro is awesome for italian ( but w/ a reservation as others have suggested)Also well known for seafood is Cyclades on Ditmars ave & 32nd Street.
We also really love to go to Zodiac Cafe on 30th Ave and 31st- best greek salads and really good grilled octopus and stuffed shrimp Obviously more of a greek restaurant.
OK - now I have made myself hungry!
ETA:
There is also a really good greek place by Astoria Park and Ditmars blvd. _I forgot the name but the food is outrageous!
