ok, FH and I went to BBB a few weeks a go and started our reg.
I tried to log into our account the next day, it didn't work.. then the day after, still didn't work...
now I just tried again- NOT WORKING!!!!

W TF? I don't have our number on me... but still I looked up my name and his name, neither showed.

We had the same problem with Macy's and I ended up having to create a NEW reg online because the woman never processed our paperwork...

but BBB--- that was at least a month ago, if not longer. what's the chances of two companies not processing paperwork for the same couple? or am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem with BBB and it turns out that they put a space in my last name. It might be the spelling of your name. Call them and straighten that out because you DEF don't want to have to do that again!

I actually had the same problem, the woman entered my password wrong so I could never log in.

Ugh I had a problem accessing my BBB registry at first because the woman put a random space in my password. So annoying.

Where it says Update, type in your name. Then it will ask you to choose your registry and enter your password.

this is what I see...

Once you enter your name under 'Update' another screen comes up and prompts you to enter in a password.

I would call up, give them your registry number, and see what the deal is. They may not have 'completed' your registry which is what the employee is supposed to do once you return the gun.. there is a certain button they have to hit. This happened to me when I attempted to register at Kohl's and we lost hours of research and scanning.
