the grrom sits on the right of the bride, correct? Like when I am looking at my seating chart, I should put FH's side on the left side of the room, correct?

I sat on the left of the dias and DH sat on the right (looking at the dias from the dance floor)
I mixed up all my guests, I did not do grooms side, brides side

Honestly, we just sat wherever. Like Stephanie, our guests were all mixed, so it didn't matter where I sat.

I've seen this a lot, groom sits to your left, and facing the table, your on the left and the groom is on the right.

I think I've seen it both ways.....is there a real 'rule' to it? time for research
