At What Age.......

Can you give infants the teething biscuts???
Mia is now 6 months old and I was wondering if it's safe now.. Thanks!

Wow, I cannot believe she is 6 months old already!!!

I started Lyndsey at about 7-8 months old, I think. It totally depends on your child though. I think the box of biscuits actually tells you 'when' your child is ready. They should be sitting without support, etc. HTH!

Aw, how cute will she be sucking on them!!! I cannot believe she's 6 months old already!!! Where does the time go??? Gianna isn't too far behind her!!

To make you laugh -- when Gianna outgrew Newborn diapers was a big trauma for me!! I refused to buy size 1 because that meant she was getting bigger!!!! I also did that with her clothes -- I kept her in 0-3 months until my mother and MIL kept telling me that her outfits were busting open in the crotch!!

I found the teether biscuits to be a HUGE mess.... as far as the Wagon wheels... I love them, (and so does ALex!) I think it really taught him how to take and EAT the food rather than just slobber it up... And they get soft after they suck on it and break away, which enables them to much it witht their gums. I felt that the pieces of teh biscuitsa were hard and more of a choking hazard. After he got the general idea of bite and chew I gave him the biscuits back... THey still made a mess but were great for his teeth!! His personal choice is still Wagon wheels though, and they come in Veggie or Fruit!

Alex got his first tooth at 20 weeks, I started him on trying to much on things a few weeks before! You know your child.. give it to them.. and if you're too concerned, take it away! Momma knows best! Thats for sure!! Let us know how you do!

I never liked the teething buscuits either. They are definitely a big sticky mess and my kid always shoved way too much in his mouth - how can that be safe?

The wagon wheels were a big hit here too.
