At what point did planning get very crazy for you?

I am SUPER-organized and keep waiting to feel the real crunch of the planning. I have just under 7 months to go - when does the real stressful time start?

LOL - My stressful time started when I got engaged! LOL!

No really, I have about 5 months left and I'm stressing out big time! My biggest concern now is that everything goes smoothly!

I've got 5 months to go as well..I'm not stressed as much as I wish I could get some help. Or if I ask for something to be done, I wish it would just be done instead of complaints (from FI). I asked for a few addresses and you would think I asked for the moon.

the 2 months before mark really woke me up!

I'd say 'crazy' happened 2 weeks before with the week before it being the worst. I am super organized too but there are some things you can only do right at the end.

I would say 2 weeks before...but that was b/c I decided to take 2 summer classes while getting married in the middle!! I don't know what I was thinking...so I wanted to get all the papers in early so that the professors would be nice to me...

but all the last minute things are small...but they take time to get finished and to figure out what goes where when....

A month before!!! And suddenly the nice parents on both ends have turned into Parentzillas

for me it was the last week.....final count, table seating, paying vendors, etc. Make sure you take a couple of days off before the wedding.

the only time I was really stressed was before we had a place and a date. Everything else fell into place after that.

I am not really stressing much about the wedding. I am stressing FI's aunt and her attitude. We told her no kids and she threw a fit because she has 5 of them. 2 of them are young and the other 3 are older so we explained to her the top 3 were fine but that is it, we dont want kids. She threw a fit and told us that if all her kids are not invited then she isnt coming. UH

She is the only thing we are stressing. FI told her we are paying for this wedding and its our decision if she dont like it then fine dont come. Then his mom threw her 2 cents in and said she wants them there. UH!!!

FI and I just gave up. We couldnt deal anymore and said fine her 2 little demon kids are invited. We are not happy about that, but we just cant deal with the fighting.

1-2 months before, the last week was absolutely ridiculous!!

I am at the 2 month mark and I'm just starting to feel really stressed.

I was stressing about a month ago, but to be honest everything has been going really smoothly for me (we'll see if i'm still saying that after i go dress shopping next week!!)

about 3 mos before, when I had to write all the direction cards for the invites! THAT was stressful! (long story) from then it was crazy.

I have been stressing for the last year and I still have antoher year left!
