Ate dinner at Westbury Manor tonight

So, FH husband and I made reservations tonight at the Polo Lounge at Westbury Manor to taste the food and we were definitely not disappointed!!!

The food and service were great!! They also do a great job of separating the restaurant-goers from the wedding--I was trying to be sneaky and take a peak but there was no getting near the reception rooms!

So it's still down to Dougalston Manor and Westbury. Based on our tours of both, Westbury has a lot more to offer for the money. Still, we both feel that Douglaston is unique in terms of appearance and not as many people get married there, which we like. Also, we would be able to have our reception at 3pm, which we like a lot better than Westbury's 1pm.

Kind of at a lost but we'll figure it out! If anyone has any feedback it'd be appreciated : )

Love Westbury Manor, not in my original top few but I'm so happy we booked there. Have heard great things from so many people and I truly feel we have nothing to worry about. We are doing a Thursday night in July and got a great deal

I had a daytime wedding at WM and it was amazing! They cater to your every wish and it truly was worth every penny! Check out my review for pictures if you'd like. People danced, people drank (TRUST ME on that one! ) and a really really good time was had by all! Good luck in making your decision!
