Atkins is working

I started last Saturday and I lost 3 lbs. already. Of course it's mostly, if not all, water. But I feel motivated.

And I used the ketosis sticks and I am in ketosis. I hope I don't have bad breathe and no one is telling me I keep asking FH and he says I'm fine.

I hope I can keep it up.

ETA: For those who did/do Atkins: How long did you stay on Induction?

I was on Induction for two weeks and then moved on. The third and fourth week have been blah for me. No weight loss but no gain either. I'm thinking about jumping back on Induction for another two weeks.

Ang and Rich: I was thinking the same thing, that although I can't wait to eat more carbs, I might just try to stay on induction for a month.

If you did induction once, you can do it again!!

I stayed on induction for 2 months, but I have much more to loose than most people.

I've been off of induction for 4 months now; been stalled for a month so I'm thinking of going back to induction.
