Hi Everyone!! I'm new to the site and was wondering if someone could help?
My fiance and I are getting married June 5, 2010 and were looking for RH's on the water - preferably south shore Nassau. The issue is that he is currently living outside of the country (laid off from bank due to the crisis) so until he comes to visit in the end of this June, I'm pretty much left to look for places.
We are expecting the wedding to be around 75 people for less than $100 pp if possible.
I was looking at the Atlantic Beach Club/Ocean Club or the Lawrence Beach Club. Has anyone heard anything about them?

What about the Sands Atlantic Beach?
I've been to the Atlantic Beach Club... it was a loooong time ago, but I loved it. I wasn't there for a formal event though, so I can't be of much help. However, the inside was so spacious, comfortable, and clean and there was such a beautiful view of the beach.

yes i say sands atlantic beach. Its pretty there and I believe it is moderatley priced pp.

I know there is a new place opening up in Long Beach, not too far from Atlantic Beach. I think its called the Allegria Hotel? Someone on here is getting married there and it looks fab from their website! Not sure the price though.
I didn't realize ABC did weddings...do you have to know a member to do it there?

I cannot help but try posting under the title 'looking for RH on the beach' then put what you want to pay inside....you may get lots more replys and you might see something else you might like even more...who know maybe the price might be better

Bridgeview Yacht Club - is also near Atlantic Beach you should look in to it as well!

OOO try the new place owned by the owners of Atlantica out east. They just opened or are opening this Summer. Its in Long Beach. Check on the Atlantica website for more info. Its called Allegria hotel/spa. Its beautiful!!
