Atlantic City for Bachelorette party

Hey girls..
So my MOH is planning my bachelorette party in AC and I have a few questions. I've read in previous posts on the boards that everyone staying in the hotel room had to have a key. Does anyone know how strict the hotels are with this? Of course we are trying to save money and have as many girls in a room as possible

She also heard that they charge an extra $25 per person for any more than 2 people in a room????? is this true???

TIA!

i think it depends on where you go. I stayed with some girls in the tropicana and no one ever asked us for keys (maybe that depends on the wing too). same with harrahs (we've had like 12 ppl per room there ) but borgata was VERY strict.

do you know where you are supposed to be staying?

this happened to me recently when I was the MOH in a wedding. We stayed at tropicana and they asked to see room keys to go up to the elevators to the rooms. SO we had 3 and 4 people in a room. We got 3 keys per room (some rooms had girls who were staying only friday or only saturday) and did the key exchange program. One girl forgot hers and showed the back of her credit card really quick. They didnt make THAT big of a deal. They told me about the 25 dollar charge and I took the money from our group booze fund to pay the bill and then they never charged me. I dont know if they never charge the 25 and just say it to scare you or if I just got lucky.

We stayed at the Taj and you couldn't have more than 4 for the 2 bed room --- we had 6 and shared keys and brought in a blow up bed in a rolling suit case and had no problems... def happy we did that so we didnt have to spend more money on another room.
