Is the tropicana a nice one? What is it near and does anyone have any other suggestions, my BP is trying to plan my bacholerette party in A/C.

I've stayed there, it's fine. The rooms are usually cheaper than a lot of the other casinos, but it's at the far end of the boardwalk, kinda away from everything else. I've also stayed at the Taj, and it was nicer, but more expensive, and kinda at the other end of the boardwalk, but more in the middle than the far end like the trop. I'm pretty sure there are shuttles between all of the trump casinos, so that might be a better option so you can go from place to place if one is dead.
Tne only thing about the Borgata is that it's not on the boardwalk, it's pretty far from it actually. Try Czesar's or the taj mahal, they're pretty much in the middle
Yeah, the Borgata and the Trump Marina are both away from the strip. I've never been to either of them, but they're both supposed to be nice. I'd suggest staying on the boardwalk though. The actual town of AC is REALLY seedy and scary at night.
Harrahs is nice too
I just got back fom AC. The tropicana is sort of in the middle of the strip. It is right next to Caesars. When I was there we went to a bunch of different hotels, and I have to say my favorite was the Showboat. It was so beautiful inside. But, It is sort of at the end of the strip, we took a cab to it from Bally's. Bally's is also nice and it is right in the middle. It has Sands right next to it. Sands has an awesome bar. They had a live band performing right above the bar on a huge screen. They had a huge bar and they had a dance area. Definitly the best bar I saw there.
