I believe I went to see them when I was booking limos and wasn't thrilled with the service/office. Is it the one on Merrick Rd? It didn't seem like a real office to me and the limos are in a completely different location behind a seedy motel. It scared us off.

i went on a bachelorette party about 2 months ago and we used them as our limo company.... we had the day planned where we were going to go to the vinyards during the and then go to the city for some drinks and dancing. So, we met at this girls house, and the limo picked us up to go to the vinyards. We were like 45 min away, when the limo blows a tire and the wheel well catches on fire... understandable.... cars get flats...ok.... So then we waited 3 hours...THREE HOURS on the side of the LIE. The next limo comes. Again we are on our way to the vinyards... We got to one vinyard, and now had to rush, cause it was now 1.5 hours til they closed the wine tastings. So on our way to the 2nd vinyard, the 2nd limo overheats. Now we are stuck in a tj max parking lot for 2 1/2 hours..... So after pulling tooth and nail, we get 1/2 our money back.... Finally, the 3rd limo arrives. We go back to the girls house to change to go into the city.... We are in the limo pumped to go to the city for the night, forgetting about what happened during the day..... The lights start flashing in the limo..... Limo breaks down on the left hand lane of the LIE!!!! We are stuck.... Needless to say, after the third limo broke down, our night was over...my friend didn't have a bachelorette party. So we got all the money back, and were told the following weekend we could have a limo..... When we called, they told us we were crazy for asking for a limo on the weekend and they would only give a limo during the week as compensation..... 3 of their limos broke down, and they did not care... I highly recommend against this limo company!!!!!!!
