I didn't have to do that since my dress had small sleeves and was off the shoulder, but just so you know, I aksed about adding sleeves to one of the gowns I tried on and the saleswoman told me that the fabric from the MFG can cost $50-$100 a YARD!

bridget&jimmy added sleeves to her gown- she used the wrap that the dress came with- her sleeves looked great!
