Attention Inn at New Hyde park brides a mini kind of review.

My mother went to a wedding their and she is hard to impress since she has been to many weddings. Well here is what she had to say:

She said pulling up to the place was really nice. She said it was huge inside and she wasn't sure if more then one wedding goes on there at a time b.c only one was there last night but she said it was big you prob wouldn't even notice.

The bride did 1 1.2 cocktail hour. She said it was amazing the food was delicious and she loved the set-up of it. It reminded her of a marketplace with the brick or something.

She said the room was soo pretty and the food was REALLLY GOOD. She has steak and my dad had the stuffed veal I believe she said. She said they were both amazing. She also said the cake was gorgeous and the bride had it match the BM dresses. She said the overall experience was REalllly good.

Sooo as far as my mom is concerned Inn at NHP brides you have nothing to worry about. I am actually pretty jealous I wasn't invited.

Now I want to kill myself even more!! Ugh! I wonder if I can negotiate. It didn't seem to work.

NOpe, they don't negotiate. When I asked if I could bring the minimum down if I spent more somewhere else, they told me they could MAYBE drop it from 225 to 215

Yuuupppp, Sat night in September. And that was exactly my reaction. But apparently, people do it.

I don't even LIKE 225 people....

Yuuupppp, Sat night in September. And that was exactly my reaction. But apparently, people do it.

I don't even LIKE 225 people....

My hall minimum is 125pp and I was worried about that a little bit.

YEah ours is 150 neg down from 175 and I'm still freaking a little... might be an LIW table at my wedding!

I went there today for a job orientation, the place is huge and beautiful. I told my FH joking around maybe we should get married there instead, he laughed and told me keep dreaming!
hahahaha.
But to the girls getting married there, it really is gorgeous and they have such a nice outdoor area. The food was good too, you are going to have a beautiful wedding!

YUP!!! I begged! She said she will try very hard to get it down to 200.

This just put a bigggg smile on my face, I love the inn but havent decided on anything yet but we have some very hard to please guests, so this puts my mind at ease :)
