I HIGHLY reccommend that you do this a few months BEFORE the wedding. I met with my doctor and she told me to 'skip' my period this month so I get it a week before the wedding and am safe for my HM and such....

So.. Im HIGHLY emotional and my boobs hurt and I feela bit bloated. My moods are just very erratic and I would HATE to feel like this on the wedding day.

So.. if you're going to do it... do it NOW!

Definately agree with Jenn! Just make sure that you don't do it too far in advance bc there is a chance you are not 100% where you want it to be!

I re-arranged mine around the 6 month mark & then realized last month that I would still have it for my wedding, so I had to re-do it again this month! I have been so over-emotional lately!!!!

Why wouldn't you just skip the sugar pills the month of your wedding and honeymoon instead of trying to coordinate it so far in advance?

I plan on skipping my period the month of.

Besides possibly having mood swings from skipping your period, if you wait to skip it until right before the wedding, you may still get bloated. I tend to gain the extra period weight/bloating even when I skip it. I think it's best to skip it a few months before than have to deal with possible side effects.

I just went to my Gyno yesterday and she gave me Yasmin b/c she said that rather than you taking a placebo during your period week, Yasmin has a water pill that will prevent weight gain. I hope she's right! lol.

Good Call! I also had to do this and I wound up doing it a few months ago, just to get it going, and I am soooo glad I did! I was the same way, very irritable!

Thank you! I just made an apptmt to see my doc for next week... I was too stressed about all other things and was procrastinating..

I hope I can still alter it in time for my wedding date and HM.
