ATTN FORMER PATKEN BRIDES!!!

I got a message last week that my proofs were ready so I called back to let them know that I got a message, etc. So, the receptionist says to me 'yes, and...' so I said 'well, I guess I need to make an appointment, right?' so she asks me which location I'd like to come to, etc. I'm a little confused. Do we not meet again with our actual photographer? Also, our balance is supposed to be due upon pick up but she made no mention. I'm going to call them later but I just wanted to know what your experiences were.

No, you don't meet with your photographer again. You meet with someone else (this is who you will work with on your albums and other pics). You can choose your location whichever is closest to you. We booked in lindenhurst but did everything else in Mineola. Yes, your bablnce is due so bring a check.

You can't pay your balance with credit card? I hate that no one takes credit. No so much because we don't have the cash but I feel like once you hand over cash there is no getting it back if there is a problem.

call before you go but patken does accept major credit cards

i booked in Lindenhurst but have done everything else in Holbrook.

I paid for our e-pics with a credit card and she couldn't figure out how to use the machine and then when she did she ran the wrong credit card # through??? It was a little bit of an annoyance.
