ATTN: HOLLOW TO HEM GIRLS

my dress (private label by G) came in early.

My wedding isnt until July, but I went to try it on tonite since they did a hollow to hem.

Its two inches too long!! so they are sending it back - but I have pleanty of time so IM not worried - just if you get a hollow to hem go to the salon ASAP to make sure its right!

I forgot my camera, but other than the Hollow to Hem issue it looks

Dumb Ques....what is a hollow to hem?
Everytime I go try on dresses they mention that I won't need it bc I am pretty tall, I just giggle politely....what is it?

for us short girls - the dress comes in ordered with a hem already.

I did a hollow to hem for my dress and it still came in over 2 inches too long. My seamstress said it's never exact. Whatever...

mine was hollow to hem, and it was too long, too! The seamstress is hemming it in the store.

I am nervous about that. Thank god it came in two inches to long than two inches to short.

Mine was a little off as well, but better to be too long then too short. Luckily, it can be taken up by the waist if need be.

That was defiantly the thing I was nervous about while they were measuring me.

Someone posted on one of the boards today/yesterday that hers came in too short, they're trying to order her a new dress as her wedding is coming up very soon!
