If this goes through and takes effect this year, it would mean that FH and I will be exchanging vows during sunset/dusk. And the chapel we're getting married at has lots of windows overlooking gorgeous grounds! it would be PERFECT for us!

any idea when they are going to make the decesion by? In that case- I would push my church back and would probably want to do it asap.....

5pm! and sunset for 11/6 this year is 4:47pm. But it would be 5:47 if he signs it

Hate to burst all Nov. brides excitement, but now the latest news is if DST is extended it'll only be extended by three weeks... One week in November. So the clocks will go back 2am Nov 6th.
'The extension, approved Thursday, calls for daylight-saving time to start two weeks earlier - the third Sunday in March - and end one week later - the first Sunday in November.'

Good news for those getting married on the 4 & 5th!

BUT then you read other articles and they're saying the full 2 months...will the Gov't make up it's mind

I also heard this morning that it wouldn't go into affect until 2007, so it wouldn't help us anyway.
