I, the undersigned partygoer, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, next of kin and successors in interest, hereby acknowledge that participation in The LIW2010 Free For All may involve several risks, including, but not limited to, the intake of copious amounts of alcohol, partying in adverse conditions, contact with people considerably drunker than I, dancing on bars, riding mechanical livestock, and the grave risk of making a spectacle of myself. I further I understand and appreciate the risk of injury including bruised limbs, bruised egos, scrapes, strains, sprains, flashing, broken nails, puking, and/or loss of memory. For myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, next of kin and successors in interest, I hereby warrant that I willingly and voluntarily accept and assume all such risks. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and free from liability GrkBarbie for any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, compensation and embarrassment arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the debauchery of The LIW2010 Free For All. GrkBarbie makes no guarantees about the level of embarrassment of the photos taken of LIW2010, the level of severity of the hangover that may befall us, or the number of mechanical livestock rides that I may regret going on.
