Let me just say you picked an unbelievable place and I wish you all the best of luck and hope to see plenty of pics.
FH and I went there last night and talked to Brian. We (well I) was set on the North Ritz Club but FH wanted to see just 2 more places before we booked so I agreed and we went to the watermill. OMG, what a place. Loved the Astor Room. They were set up for a wedding and it was beautiful. The grounds outside are beautiful. They even let me take a tour of the kitchen. They gave us fresh mozzerella apps. will we discussed the menu. Gave us an unreal price(after I complained about my FMIL being a real pain in the a$$) However, after talking about it on the way home we realized it's just too far for us(took us almost an hour to get there). Brian was great, Chris the chef was great. I did however deceide to use Pedestals Florist after seeing them set up the Astor Room. Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know that for all of you who suggested to look there THANK YOU! Good Luck. Remember I expect to see plenty of pics.![]()
