ATTN WM BRIDES!
Hey all! This applies to all brides whose halls are using Francesco's Bakery.
So I'm sure many of you have heard that WM is now using Francesco's Bakery instead of Erga Bakery. Two words sums this up.. THANK GOD!![]()
I met with Erga a few months ago, met with Lily and Sal and tasted some cakes and fillings, picked what I wanted only to find out they they were no longer going to be used. I wasn't a huge fan of Erga, but it was my only option without adding extra $ so I went with it.
Last night I met with Francesco and immediately fell inlove with his work. This man is definately dedicated to his work, and to his brides. He was with us til past 9pm last night. Oh and he's such a sweetheart too. Now let me talk about the cake![]()

yum yum yum! The cake was so moist! I couldn't believe it! And the fillings, delish. He took so much time with FH and I to make sure we tasted every flavor combo possible (I certainly was not going to argue with that!), flipped through books of pictures, took us through the kitchen and showed us this weekends cakes, and together we came up with something that I think will be amazing. I KNOW that I am in good hands after meeting with Francesco.
Oh and the cakes he showed me were GORGEOUS!! I don't think there's anything that he can't do.
Another thing for anyone who can appreciate this, while in the kitchen I got a chance to snoop around and be nosey.. totally 100% clean! Lol.
So the take home here is that this switch is a blessing and u girls who are have ur cakes done with Francesco have NOTHING to worry about!![]()
