I am not feeling well and was in the mood for soup. I went over to Au Bon Pain and got a large Garden Vegetable Soup. I just went to enter it in the WW site and its only 1 point for a large! I didn't really believe that so I went to the Au Bon Pain website and got the nutrition info and entered that in the WW points calculator and sure enough a large (which I couldn't even finish) is 1 Point! I'm excited about my find

That is great!!! Just remember that soup can be loaded with sodium which causes us to bloat and raises blood pressure- check the sodium and make sure it is less than 50% of daily value!
