When can we apply for a marriage license???????????? Also, how do we do that????

I'm not sure of this either. I think it is within 60 days of your wedding date.

I'm also not sure if you could go to any town hall or you have to go to Hempstead.

Has any Aug brides gotten theirs yet??

I haven't gotten mine yet. But they are good for 60 days and just have to be from the state you are getting married in, not necessarily the county.

But can I go to MY town hall or does it have to be from certain town halls someplace like Hempstead?

We're going the week of July 14th. At this point (unless you getting married the 29th/30th/31st) you can go, because you're within 60 days. I believe you can go to any Town Hall, some are open late every-other Tuesday.

We are going Monday, Juen 30th- 53 days before, I believe all you need is your birth certificate (with the original seal), your driver's license (or any other photo ID) and a check book. Am I missing anything?

Hey Kim!! Where have you been? I just called. You need 2 forms of ID (passport, license, birth certificate) and $25 . 60 days from date of marriage license.
