August G2G at my new house

Hi Girls.....

I am going to do a G2G at my house in August. What I will do is everyone who is coming I will assign something to bring so we can do it Pot luck!

I am going to have a poll so that we can figure out what date works for the most people. Also post which dates that work for you so I can try to do the one that is the best for everyone.

The new house is in Huntington so it is in the middle. It is not far from the train so I can arrange for people to be picked up from there if needed.

I will be on vacation from the 10th-22nd of August .. so anything b/f that will be no good for me b/c i will prob. be shopping for last min. things for the trip. I voted for Sunday the 28th!

I voted for 8/7 but I can do 8/21 as well. I love potlucks and love to cook so this should be fun!

I was thinking lunch.... The nice thing is it can really be people coming whenever they can!

But I was thinking about starting it about noon.

I voted for the 7th. I go away, August 14-21 for camp. Any dates other than those two work best for me but having it earlier in the month might be better so that more girls can come to the September G2G, in case taking off for work is a problem for some of our girls.
