Does anyone know of other tropical locations other than Aruba and Hawaii that are out of the hurricane belt in August?? Thank you

you may want to look into Mexico, Cozumel - not to far from Cancun, not as big and populated, even though Cancun is not crowded at all in August and the beaches are wonderful on that side of Mexico, I went in August and the weather was perfect.

I believe St. Lucia is south of the hurricane belt.

I just booked my HM yesterday..
..were going June 28th - July 8th to
PLAYA DE CARMEN - Mexico

temp is around 85 -90, it's south of cancun and the hotel were staying at is more for HM's. it's very romantic & all inclusive.

Royal hideaway looks great, I wonder how the weather is in mid to late august. Do you know if it rains there that time of year? Thanks!
