Avanti Limos... ANNOYED!!!... LONG

So in my wedding package, the limo company is Avanti Limosines...
I get either 2 six passengers or 1 twelve passenger limo for 3 hours... If I took the 2 six pass. its 3 hours each....
Now since we arent getting married in a church I wouldnt need the 3 hours so they said that I would get a car to take us to the hotel afterwards.... I signed the contract with the hall already and on the contract it says 3 pick ups and drop offs...
So I just called the limo company and made arrangements with them... Now the night I booked was the showcase night and since I booked that night... I got an upgrade to 2 eight passenger limos... Well the guy tells me its really 10 passenger limos(so of course I think thats great!!) But when Im on the phone the lady was like no its 8 and it will be tight... Ok.. So sh says it would be more cost effective if I just took the 14 pass. limo which would be included since the upgrade. I said ok Ill take that... They will pick up FH and the guys, drop them off and then get me and the girls, drop us off....
BUT NO CAR AFTERWARDS!!!!

I will only be using that one limo for approx. 1.5 hours...
Im still not using the 3 hours and thats only 2 picks and drop offs....
My RH is closed on Mondays so I have to call tomorrow and discuss this with them... Im frustrated at this point with all this...
Anyone else ever hear or use this limo company?
I feel like things are just not going to go smoothly.... Any feedback on them would be TERRIFIC!!!

I've never even heard of them, but that sounds pretty shady.

I'd call them back and be very firm with them and tell them that they told you that you would have a ride, and you should be getting one.

I know! I had never heard of them either until I booked my hall...
They seemed nice when I met with them.. But I had tried explaining to the lady on the phone that I was told I get the ride back to the hotel, etc...She was just like well there will be family there cant they just take you guys there... HELLO!!! We want to be ALONE!!!! We dont want ANYONE taking us to the hotel....But whatever...
Its only 150 extra including gratuity for the car to the hotel, however I dont want to spend anything extra when its supposed to be FREE!
So thats why I have to wait until tomorrow so I can speak the people at the hall... Hopefully they will be able to figure it all out for me...
