we are working on our budget and we are trying to decide if we should budget money for floral centerpieces or use candelabras.
about how much do basic low centerpieces go for?

depends on where you get them from. i'm using a local florist and told her how much i wanted to spend on each & she's giving us a really nice cp.

mine are closer to $100
really depends on the type of flowers and what your overall package is. They might cut you a break if you have a large package etc. Also, I got $200 off just for paying in cash....
Tell your florist what you want to spend and they should be able to work with you.

mine are $60 i got a silver urn (low) with orange and green roses, green orchids, verbenum (sp) and snowball flowers. I will have a pic of it next week when i see a sample.

my rh is providing them, with a limit. we are using candles instead, which we make, and having the florist instead connect the pieces with flowers. You can get candle cp from Joanne's for about 5 each-with floating candle. I think candelbras are costly.

The leaves are wrapped around in the inside, i wasn't sure yet if I was going to do that part or not but I am thinking about it. I feel like if it is clear on the bottom the votives around the piece will give it a better reflection.
