Awful start to the morning...

Well, this morning I decided to wear my beautiful diamond necklace that FH gave me for last year's Valentine's Day. I never wear it, but this morning I really wanted to put it on.

I just looked down and its not there. Checked my car - nothing. I'm praying that its at home... the chain was so delicate, it could have broken.

I was so upset. I called FH and he was so cute. 'Its okayyyyyyyyyyyyy! It's not like you lost your engagement ring! We can replace it!!!!!!!!'

I feel like such an idiot. I'm just so upset!

I didn't.

I looked everywhere. FH and I tore the house apart. I have no idea where the he!l it could have went...........

FH was so cute though. Took me out to dinner, did a hip-hop exercise video with me (picture a tall lanky white boy trying to do a grapevine...!!!!!!), and bought me some nerds and jolly ranchers (my fav candy). I think it's love!!

But anyway, he kept calming me down when I started bawling. You girls are right - it is just an object... even though it has sentimental value, I'll get over it. Plus he said that Christmas is going to be extra good to me this year

Aww your FH sounds sooo sweet. He must truely love you to do that exercise video. I'm trying to get mine to exercise with me tonight (just crunches and weights) and thats even a hassle

But I'm sure he'll replace it with something wonderful this christmas!

i lost my necklace from my fi last year and i haven't lived it down (either myself or with him). i'm happy to hear that your fi is more understanding. he sounds like one of a kind...who knows it may show up again one day...

Aww your FH is so sweet. Don't worry about loosing it. You never know you might just find it in a couple of days when you forget about it. Thats what happened with my braclet.

Bonnie, sounds like he's a catch. Sorry you never found your neckless. Let's pray that it turns up at some point!!! I hope Dirty Dancing did the trick in helping you feel better
