Awful start to the morning...

Well, this morning I decided to wear my beautiful diamond necklace that FH gave me for last year's Valentine's Day. I never wear it, but this morning I really wanted to put it on.

I just looked down and its not there. Checked my car - nothing. I'm praying that its at home... the chain was so delicate, it could have broken.

I was so upset. I called FH and he was so cute. 'Its okayyyyyyyyyyyyy! It's not like you lost your engagement ring! We can replace it!!!!!!!!'

I feel like such an idiot. I'm just so upset!

Well I'd say look here or there but it's been suggested already! However, I will cross my fingers and say a prayer to my best friend (she's an angel now) because it always works!! I'm sure it's sitting at home!!

don't worry...your FH is right it can be replaced.

Last year I lost a Gucci watch on a ski trip my FH has given to me for Christmas. I knew I lost it in the room bc I didn't wear it skiing. I swear someone took it if they found it bc we never found it and housekeeping never found it either. I was soooo upset about it and now my FH jokes with me and says just don't lose your e-ring!!!!

In my experience, the best way to find something is to stop looking for it. So even if you go home, turn the house upside down and don't find it, don't panic... it's probably on your nighttable or something, right in plain sight, and you'll stumble upon it by accident. That always happens to me...I'll spend so much time looking for something and then when I finally give up, it's like it just appears.

I'm so sorry! I know how you feel..my fh got me one of those really nice diamond 'I love you' neclaces and I lost it on the beach....I was upset for weeks cause although it was replaced, I never got the sentimental value back!

I know how you feel a few months ago I wore the diamond stuff earings my grammy gave me (she just passed away last feb) and I freaked out. I searched the whole floor in FH's step grandmas house and nothing. When we finally got back to FH's i checked my car and it was sitting on my seat. So look hard. I'm praying for you that its home!
