so how does this blist thing work?? when do you invite the people on the blist???

what im doing is when i get a response that soemone wilkl not be attending then i start sending invites out to those that are on my blist starting with #1

Hi Tanya!!!

You send out the B list invites when you start to get no's from the A list.

So then is the amount of people on your A list your goal amount (like your minimum...say 150 guests)? I'm just trying to figure this out too. I really only want 200 people at my wedding. My guestlist is 310 and I have like 40 people on the 'B' list. So that means I have 270 on my A list. At what point would I be sending out B list invites, if at all?
