b list

how does this work? I thought you send a b list out when you receive a 'no' response. My FH says we should send them out together when we get closer to the rsvp date. I just want to make sure i make my minimum.

I am planning on sending these out a few weeks after the A's go out, as long as I have enough Nos to cover it.
