B List Question- 'discreteness'

One thing that we have told people when asking for addresses is that we would like to be able to invite them, but we are keeping the list very tight so we MAY not be able to. Just so they don't expect it, but we'd at least have the info if we wanted to send one. HTH

do you have access to westlaw or lexis/nexis? Is there an internal work database with the employee addresses?

hmmm......I think the only other way to handle it is wait for some of the responses to come in and then have him ask for the addresses. It's awkward no matter what but it seems to be your only option.....

Maybe he can get another co worker to be sly and find a way to get the addresses.

Tell FH to say he is updating his contacts, you might want the address for holiday cards or something. Just if you don't invite them, be sure to send them a holiday card.
