im like hysterically crying right now.....i ordered the flower flip flops and told them my 2nd choice was butterflies.....I was just going to keep them and decided to give them a call and find out y i got the palm trees. I am not a person to cause a problem EVER. the normal thing for me is to just keep the palm trees and **** it up. The one time i try to stick up for myself the guy was screaming at me and harrassing me and saying things like 'people like you'. I told him that i understand the contract and will keep them, but he continued screaming at me. At one point I just hung up and now he has been calling me and harrassing and wont stop. Im hysterical right now and dont know what to do!!!

Wow...I cant believe another girl had a problem like this! I had such a positive experience with them. I can't believe people are being treated this way by a company.

Honestly I have not had any interaction but if anyone continued to call me I would probably curse them out and then tell them if they keep harassing me I would be contacting the BBB and other agencies.

WOW! I have heard the same story about this guy like 3 or 4 tgimes already!!! I cannot believe he is still employed. What an a$$hole!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I wasn't going to do anything but the fact that he continued to call and harrass me and that he did it to those other girls as well.

my experience with them was fine ... but since yours was not, i would def agree with reporting him to the BBB.

Honestly, I'm kind of upset that i gave him any kind of business ... he seems like a disgusting person and i wish i would've known ahead of time that he was an a$$.

I bet you can even file a aggravated harrasment charge against him! Especially since he is calling you and yelling after you! I HATE hearing about this guy. He is such an a$$hole and I cant wait for someone to put him in his place!
