How long after you are married will you start REALLY trying?

We decided on waiting a while before starting a family -- probably another 5 years (we're married almost 1yr already ) I love sleeping in on the weekends...I love our alone time together....I love getting up and going where ever we want. I guess it just goes to show that we aren't ready just yet. If we're blessed before the 'planned' 5 years that ok too

hmmm..... if it were up to me I would start on the HM, but because of finances we will probably wait a year.

Shamma- dont feel bad-- I dont have baby fever either. Never have. I like kids, but I just don't feel ready.....and I am 30. I work out alot, love to travel, spend time with my husband and friends and work a full-time rather demanding job. It scares me to death to be financially, emotionally responsible for a little one! Not to mention the huge life change that comes with it in terms of your body, schedule etc ! I wonder if I will ever get baby fever! I am not one of those women that fawn all over newborns!

for those women who hate BP pills...
I have been on the 'patch' since September...and it is great...best of all...not daily pill taking...and it is DH's responsibility to fill the RX and to put the patch on my bum...it has changed our lives...no upset stomach...no forgetting...no agita...
