Went to my gyno last night, who I have had forever, and she's like your wedding is less than 10 months away are you still planning on trying to have a HM baby because if so we have to figure out when you want to get off BC. She suggests 3 months before hand bc according to her thats how long it takes to fully get the bc out of my system.
Its scary to think at this time next year I could possibly be pregnant or at least trying. WOW!

I was told the same thing by my OBGYN, and she had to explain to me why I got pregnant in June 08 when I came off the BC in May 08. I figured I'm extremely fertile, but she couldn't explain.

My GYN told me not to stop BC until I was ready to get pregnant. She said that too many women stop it in advance for fear of not being able to become pregnant, and than they get pregnant that month. She scared me. I don't want to be pregnant at my wedding, so I am not stopping until my wedding.

my dr didnt tell me to come off it when i told her we wanted them right away, instead she told me to go on pre-natal vitamins to prepare my body for pregnancy.
i dont wanna eff with my pill cuz i planned my wedding and HM around it and if i come off of it i will probably have it for that,

thats my plan also... im not on bc... but i am going to start taking prenatal vitamins in like mayish

My friend stopped the pill thinking it would take a couple months, and she got pregnant 5 days later. They say you should let the pill out of your system for 3 months, but you are very fertile once you stop it. Be careful ladies!!!
