Babies on the brain...

Earlier this afternoon, I had some blood work done for genetic testing so I can make sure I am not a carrier for certain disorders associated with people of my ethnic background. It got me thinking that everything is so real and exciting - to think that I could be a mother within the next year and a half is so exciting. Anyone else have the baby bug?

FH asked me last weekend when I wanted to start having children. I was like 'Slow down!!!!' The he reminded me that I will be 30 next year & the look I gave ended that conversation right there!!

absolutely!! every time i see a woman w/ a baby, i get that little tug at my heart! and a bit of jealousy too!

I've had the baby bug for quite some time....ever since we got engaged I realized that we are headed into that part of our lives and I honestly can't wait!!

Definitely me (but you know that)...I keep saying...my wedding w/b over in less than 6 months (but then its onto baby making trying). I cannot wait....

I think I am starting to. But my FH is all for trying soon after the wedding. Not sure about that though!!

definitley not... I want to be just married for a awhile...its actully scary to me to think about that I could get prego in about 3 months! I am so not ready for that !

Im 35 - gotta get moving and even though I know women have babies later in life, with my educational background and work experience, life experience and family history of problems, I would not choose to have a baby later in life. This is the hand I was dealt. No babies past 40 for me.

omg! i so have the baby bug! a lot of the girls i see everyday at school are pregnant or have recently had children! my favorite part of the day is playing with their toddlers!!

Thats a great thing to do...our priest stressed the importance of genetic testing to us as well...Im dreaming of getting prego right after we get married, however, FH wants to wait at least a year to establish ourselves financially, buy a house etc...Im willing to compromise...but only bc I want a house too.
