Okay so one of my friends had a baby last night. Shes so beautiful!!
Anyways, FH and I were talking and he said when we have kids that he doesnt want to know what we are having. I want to know.........
What about you ladies? Do you want to know if your having a boy or a girl OR would you just rather be suprised?

Not totally true. My friend was told she was having a boy at say 18 weeks then they told her it was a girl! Don't know what they saw at the first sonogram but she has an adorable little girl!

thats a first for me. I have heard of quite a few girls turning out to be boys but not boys turning out to be girls. Thanks for the heads up.

I've heard it's much more common the way you stated but somehow it was the opposite situation with her. She was happy though because she originally was hoping for a girl!

Surprise for me, probably. My first was a surprise and I liked it that way and never yearned to know. FH might want to know!

I want it to be a surprise and FH agrees (luckily!), I just feel like that is part of the whole experience....waiting for the dr. to say 'you have a beautiful baby____'!!!

Only reason I would want to know is because I HATE suprises and I want to have the baby's room all set in either girl or boy colors...none of that unisex stuff Maybe I'll find out and not tell FH
