Baby Rooms........

For all you moms and moms to be....if you didnt know what you were having or those who dont want to know, what color room did you go with??

We are doing a very light green on the walls, and a butter yellow carpet.

I can't wait till it's DONE! As we speak, Patrick is installing high hat lighting, and next week the sheetrock will be done. YIPPEE!!!!

Here are some pics of Ryan's room in the early stages - we didn't know what we were having so we went with colors/themes that worked for either...it's obviously much more 'set up' now! The walls are a ragged on shade of yellow, ceiling is sky blue, bedding is mint green, carpet is light beige... I love his room!!

Lee is that is pretty. Is the yellow paint?? or is it wallpaper??

Thanks Diane! The walls are paint - I had a decorative painter do them for me.

I bought the rods, tiebacks, and sheers at linens and things. The star and moon valance came with his bedding set - the Millenium Collection in Sage from Kidsline.

Ryan's room is so nice Lee. I love the bedding, I am partial to it - I have the Millenium Blue bedding set for Lukie. Your room looks like a baby magazine.

My best friend didn't know what she was having- so she got pale yellow washed furniture with yellowish walls. The bedding and curtains etc. are a moon and stars theme.

Thanks everyone so much! I love sharing his room because we love it so much ourselves!! I can't wait until he's old enough to appreciate it! Although it seems he is starting to notice the 'sky' once in a while! We had so much fun setting it up!
