baby Shower gifts

Hi Ladies...
thought maybe you could help me out. One of my close friend and BM's is having a baby and for her shower I wanted to get her a bunch of things...BUT...1 thing that would be really special and memorable. Any ideas...maybe something you were given that made an impression on you?
