Don't know if you will like any of these ideas but you can do the string you get a string and have each guest guess how much string they would need for it to go around your sisters belly. If you can get some sort of necklace or lei type thing you give each guest one and pick a word usually 'baby'... If someone says the word baby and you hear it you get what ever necklaces they have around their neck.. person with the most at the end of the night wins. My friends also found these papers that had a word search on one side and a word scramble on the other. You can see who can unscramble all or the most words (they are all baby related words).
