So we went to the dr yesterday and they saw a thickness at the back of the neck that should be smaller. So it could be down syndrome or a number of other things. Then I started bleeding heavy last night and spent 6 hours at good sam to find out I have a low lying placenta and am on bed rest til further notice. :( It has been a really really rough 2 days for us. I go on the 4th to get a biopsy to figure out what, if anything, is wrong with the baby (genetically). Otherwise the baby looked AMAZING! As soon as I can get some pics up here I will.

Oh you will definitely be in my prayers. I am so sorry you are going through this. I wish there was more for me to say but there really isn't, other than that I hope God is with you and I hope everything turns out okay for you and your fiance.

I had a low lying placenta too at the beginning of my pregnancy. Just take it easy...let FH do mot of the lifting and bending....eventually after you are out of the 1st trimester ...my placenta went back to normal and wasn't low anymore
