I've had two friends recommend the book to me and after spending time with both of their daughters I think I am going to purchase it.

I have heard some pretty scary things about that book. Make sure you visit http://www.ezzo.info/ to read the opinions of medical professionals who disagree with the book's approach. Some even indicate that babies kept on scheduled feeding can experience dehydration and failure to thrive.

Of course like anything, the risks don't mean every child has those problems, which is why your friends recommend the book -- but I would encourage you to be aware of warning signs in case your baby does!
