should i have my bach party on July 31st (the same day as FH), or Aug 7th (a week before the wedding, it would mean one of my cousins could come along too)?

Mine is the 7th so that must be a good date
I would do that date so your cousin could make it. Thats one of the reasons mine is so early. i wanted my cousins to come from FL and once school started again in the fall they wouldnt be able to make it

agreed... although I am not a HUGE fan of b-parties the weekend before the wedding I would still want more people there so I'd make the sacrafice

I say July 31st just because I remember that week before the wedding and it was hectic... though I def. could've used a night of nothing but drinking.

im only not a fan of it if its an away bparty... like Shaun did last year... California and Vegas a week before...

not a fan of the bach party the weekend before-- just feel your going to be stressing and not enjoy it as much-- but idunno all depends on you & how youve been feeling!! lol i also did it the same night as DH so when he came home drunk I was just as drunk!!

tough call, but i would do it the same date as FH, only becuase youre so close to your wedding if you do it the week before. things might feel more hectic.
My DH and I had ours on the same weekend (2 weeks before the wedding). I personally liked that alot because around that time we really had to do a lot of last minute things together. So I recommend doing it the same day as your FH.
