Bach. Party tonight - Don't know what to do

I haven't been on in a while. Between work, wedding planning and family stuff the time has been flying by.

My best friends mom past away on Thursday. We have been friends forever and I used to be at her house with her family for everything. She is an only child so I was the families adopted 2 nd daughter.

Tonight is supposed to be my bach. party. I feel guilty that I will be going out and having a good time while she is home morning her mom. The wakes don't start till Monday so I will still be there for everything and I will be with her today during the day.

Do you think I should still have my party tonight or should I postpone it till next weekend? Some of my BP are from out of town so if I change it they wont be able to come.

but I think you should continue on with your plans I know it will be hard but it is supposed to be a special time for you. Try to go and enjoy yourself I know it will be hard but I am sure your friend will understand.

I am so sorry to hear about your friend's Mom Many prayers for her during this time. IMO you are doing the right thing. Spending time with her during the day today is the best thing you can do for her. She needs you during this difficult time. Go out tonite and enjoy yourself and your friends. I'm sure all your girls are looking forward to enjoying time with you, esp. your OOT'ers

I'm soo sorry about your friends loss.

I think you should continue with plans as is. I think she'll understand. What you are doing by spending the day with her is the best thing you can do.
