bachelor/bachelorette planning...anything set yet?

I am staying out of it, well maybe bc i just came up with something i might do yesterday...BUT yesterday i was talking to FH's brother about it bc he mentioned it and i tried helping him with the list bc fh has a couple groups of friends so his brother needed to know exactly who but i knew even i was forgetting some, anyways when fh got out of the shower we just asked him and he just happened to talk to one of the GM who is helping to plan and they already picked a date, first week of april they're going to vegas...And i did forget ppl, his list last i saw was at 20-something

im curious if anyone has already booked things, if so did anyone get rates for airfare to vegas or elsewhere? and hotel rates?

oh yeah and by the way no one wants to come i invited over 22 people and last i checked i couldnt get the minimum for the spa which is only six people

you know what - you were right, i should have just been surprised because now that i know that no one called my cousin and no one wants to come it makes me really sad so i told my cousin NOT to tell me anything else and just to pick me up when its time to go to the spa bc i cant even THINK about stuff like this right now so i dont even know who is coming or not coming or anything i am just showing up that day and i am going to enjoy myself even if its me alone in a room with a bottle of champagne

i dont even know - i told my cousin to stop talking about it bc i cried on thanksgiving bc i overheard her telling my sister that they dont have the minimum! the funny thing is that my cousin wanted to take me and a few girls to AC and just stay over one night and i was like no then people wont come but its such a small group i should have just done that!

PLUS i wanted FH's bach party to be the same night but THAT'S not happening bc nothing is planned yet so i will have to sit home and freak out while he is out - whatever night that will be which i KNOW will be right before the wedding. I told his brother two things 1. no prostitutes 2. not in january bc we will have so much stuff to do and since nothing is planned who knows when it will be!

FH had his already. Well, Part 1 of his, yes, Part 1. The weekend before Thanksgiving him and bunch of his friends and cousins flew out to Green Bay for a Packers game. He's been a Packers fan since birth. Tickets are virtually impossible to get but FBIL has the ultimate of sports hookups so he managed to wrangle together tickets for all of them to go. They drank waaaaay to much for 4 days and came home disgustingly hung-over (took him like 3 days to feel right again) but they had a great time. Part 2 will be a night out in the city for all the guys that couldn't make the trip.

Mine is being planned as we speak, either a night in AC or a night out dinner/dancing in the city. It's my job to decide which one I want and I can't. I've done both so I don't know which I'd prefer.

Contact a travel agent especially if it's that many people. I believe JetBlue does special rates for groups so give them a call. For hotels there, if any of the GMs go there a lot and get comp'd rooms, have them call the person they work with because they'll need a lot of rooms or can possibly get a big suite.

Nada... it ain't up to me though!

The boys will prob go to Mohegan Sun..

Not Sure yet? I know FH dosent want to really have one, he thinks that its stupid, he suggested that the whole bridal party go to Atlantic City and we all party together. And then if I still want a girl s night after ,to go out with just the girls. SO we shall see!

i just booked mine. im going w/ 7 of my BMs to puerto rico for 4 days 3 nights at the end of june. FH is going on a big fishing trip to costa rica in feb. i cant wait!!.....well for mine, not for him to be gone..lol!

i am just curious if ppl starting booking yet, for example those who are going away bc sometimes you get better rates now and then ive seen some who want to go away MDW but flights and hotels get booked way ahead of time

Oh no theyre taking care of his bachelor party with over 20 something ppl, i am not dealing with the stress of doing all this lol. I am asking for another reason for myself.

We are getting a party bus to A.C., they have a devil theme and I love it., They are buying red devil horns which everyone is wearing and im wearing special ones with the tail and whip hahahhah

i went 2 summers ago for my sisters and it was so much fun. it turned out to be pretty cheap. for hotel and air it came to $520. and its in a hotel that has everyhting in it from restaurants to casino to a club.
